Question surrounding Addictions

Is the healing of an Addiction the awakening and empowerment of our deep Higher Self Consciousness than just our Cognitive Consciousness?

Counselling Philosophy

Our lives are affected every day by behaviours, which we learn as children and carry unconsciously, as patterns into adulthood.

These patterns make us who we are, but can also sometimes be personally destructive. They may contribute to relationship difficulties that both, can hurt ourselves and those we love.

Changing these patterns we live by can be one of life's most difficult tasks. Counselling assists you to explore your own patterns of behaviour and can provide ongoing support in the challenge of personal change.

As self awareness grows, a deeper understanding of our patterns of behaviour emerges. This can then, facilitate positive changes in our lives. It is at this place, within, that positive and lasting changes are made.
